Helping high-performing women achieve success on their own terms.

You built a life through capability, responsibility, and doing what was expected of you.
Now you're trying to figure out what actually feels like yours.

You know this feeling.

You learned what others expected of you long before you learned what to expect of yourself.

You can lead everyone in the room and still feel lost inside your own life.

You're not burned out from doing too much. You're exhausted from carrying a version of success that you never consciously chose.

You can be grateful for everything you've built — and still feel confused about where it's all going.

There are patterns underneath every life. Some were chosen. Some were inherited. Some were built for survival. At some point, you get to decide which ones still serve you.

This isn't about becoming less ambitious.

It's about focusing your ambition on things that actually matter to you — not the version of you that everyone else needs.

There's a difference between being needed and being fulfilled. Between a life that works and a life that feels real. You've mastered one. Now it's time for the other.

Your emotions aren't noise. They're data.
Your restlessness isn't a problem. It's a signal.

How the work begins.

We don't start with goals or action plans. We start with uncovering your natural wiring — what's already true about you, underneath years of adaptation, responsibility, and becoming who others needed you to be.

Uncover
Know yourself — for real

Through CliftonStrengths, purpose exercises, and honest conversation, we surface your natural strengths, your real desires, and the difference between who you've been performing and who you actually are.

See clearly
Name what's true

We look at where your life is on autopilot, where your emotions are telling you something, and where your courage keeps getting stuck. Not to judge it. To see it.

Act clearly
Move — on your terms

With clarity about who you are and what you actually want, you start making choices that feel more intentional — and more fully your own.

This is the foundation. Some women need a single intensive. Others stay for a longer partnership. The work is virtual, one-on-one, and shaped around what we find together.

Nika - Perceptiq

I'm Nika. I've been the woman I just described.

Former Chief People Officer at a global foundation — a team across 10+ countries, serving 180+ countries worldwide. Before that, a career spent building teams and cultures in-person and remotely, across four continents.

I speak five languages. I've traveled to over 30 countries. I know what it feels like to be the most capable person in the room and the most confused one at the same time.

I left my executive role to build Perceptiq — not because I burned out, but because I finally got honest about what I wanted. Now I help other high-performing women do the same.

I'm a Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and a strategist by wiring. I'm less interested in fixing people and more interested in helping them see themselves clearly enough to make different choices.

I also speak about this.

The Courage Gap. Accidental success. Emotions as data. The things high-performing people often feel but rarely say out loud. Available for keynotes, workshops, and trainings.
